Daifuku/Daifukumochi
大福(大福餅）

Daifuku is a soft round rice cake stuffed with
sweetened red bean paste called "azuki-an/小豆餡".

There are roughly two types of azuki-an.
One is "koshi-an漉し餡" or strained sweet red beans paste, and
the other is "tsubu-an 粒餡" or smashed sweet red beans paste.
