Spring Festival (Haru Matsuri )....... beginning of April
Summer Festival (Natsu Matsuri )...... end of July
Autumn Festival (Aki Matsuri ).......beginning or middle of October

Flea marckets, ethnic food shops, portrait drawing, dance performances, bands, etc.
10:00 - 17:00 ( even if it rains )

These are smaller and more intimate festivals

To get there take the Higashiyama line to Kakuouzan station.
then take exit # 1, turn right and walk one minute.
