Kogane Shrine
Established in 1746.
Four gods (Yebisu-shin, Okuninushi-no-mikoto, Kanayamahiko-no-kami and
Chimata-no-kami)
are enshrined.
It is said that....... Wash and purify your bill or coin or lottery tickets in water here in Kogane Shrine, all the bad luck is removed and get good luck, if you have faith in Kogane-Myojin/Kanayamahiko-no-kami. |

Hatsu Kogane Festival | Jan. 3 | 11:00 - Shinto ritual (For good business, Good luck, Economic fortune, etc.) After the Shinto ritual, first 500 people are given 5 yen coin which are purified in water by Shinto priests. |

Get off at Ozone on the Meijo Subway Line.
Take exit 5.Turn right and turn right again at the first corner (There
is a polce station at the corner).
Then turn left at the first corner. Go along the elevated railroad 4 min.
You will find many flags and Torii gate on the left.
That is Yamada Tenmangu Shrine. Kogaen Shrine is in the same area.
