Nagoya International Center (NIC) is useful for foreigners who want to get
information, to get Japanese friends or to have part time jobs.
They periodically have special days to provide advice
to foreigners for free.
On the 3rd floor there is an information service center.
You can put your notes on a notice board and exchange information..
