Get off at Ikeshita Sta. on the Higashiyama Subway Line.
Take exit 1 or 2.
You will find Chikusa Ward Office (Chikusa Kuyakusho).
There ia a way at your right side.
Go straight until the first traffic signal (Maruyama shinmeisha Nishi 丸山神明社西)
Turn left and you will find trees of the shrine.
