Shirozake

Edo meisho-zue "Kamakura-cho Toshimaya saketen Shirozake o akinau no zu"

Shirozake (白酒/lit. White sake) is made with sticky rice, koji mold and mirin (sweet sakae).
It's very sweet like liqueur and used for doll festival on March 3rd.
