Umeboshi is a dried, salt pickled Japanese plum
colored with shiso ( perilla, labiate ) leaves
which are pickled along with them.

We have long rainy season from early June to the middle of July which called "Tsuyu

~ means plum fruit and J means rain.
In the rainy season, plum trees have fruits

Umeboshi s very sour, but good for your health and
also good for stimulating appetite
