(Only in Japanese) You can watch him on TV every Thursday in Nagoya TV (11ch/6ch Degital) "Dodesuka" around from 7:30 a.m. He will take you approx. 60 shop one by one, and tell you how to keep foods in good condition. Then show you professional way of cooking.. |

Each tour has a maximum of 5 groups (less than 30 people). Auction starts at 8:00, however finish time is depending on the arrival of plants on each day. (From late April to early May and mid-December, they finish around 15:00. Between early August and mid August, they finish before 11:00. Business hours Mon. & Thu./ 8:00-17:00 Tue.wed. and Fri./8:30-17:30 Closed Sundays, national holidays, Bon period, Year end and New Year's holidays. Some extra holidays. Mondays and Thursdays are open even if it falls on a national holiday. |
